Apex Auto Products offers a Risk-Free Guarantee. If the product you ordered is defective, the wrong product, or if you try it and it is unsatisfactory to you then we will give you your full money back. We want it to be easy for you to get what you are looking for so please follow the steps below when needing a return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return you you will need the following: a receipt or proof of purchase, the product in the original packaging, and the product must still be in good condition.
In the case that a product is unsatisfactory to you, the product is eligible for return as long as it is still in good condition.
Apex Auto Products reserves the right to determine if a product is considered being in good condition.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at apexautoproducts@gmail.com. Please let us know the reasoning for the return and attach a picture of your proof of purchase. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund was issued. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
